This is the second type of quilling doll. Like I have made the earlier doll , the face is made using skin colour quilling strip.
- For the dress , I have made two cones ( one small and one big ). The first cone you need to make it long. The second cone is a broad one. Stick both the cones to form the dress of the doll. I have selected light pink and purple colour for the doll dress. You can select any colour of your choice.
- I have made the hairs straight using black colour quilling strip. Cut some strips and stick them one next to the other.
- Make a fringe flower and stick to the hairs for the hair band.
